At Katikati Primary, we encourage children to be confident, curious and resilient learners, building on their individual strengths while developing skills in problem solving, collaboration and independence. We have high expectations for all learners and provide support, extension and opportunities to succeed across a wide range of areas.

Our core values of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Citizenship and Attitude guide our school culture. Children have opportunities to participate in academics, sport, creative arts and cultural activities, making the most of our beautiful rural setting.

We value our diverse community, with children from almost 20 different nationalities, and are committed to strong bicultural partnerships. Our whānau pod provides opportunities to celebrate tikanga and Te Reo Māori.

We are proud of our children, whānau and community and believe that learning is strongest when we work together.
