From the beginning, Richard and Sharon understood that running an agricultural business in a small town is more than selling parts or repairing machinery. It’s about earning trust, knowing your customers, supporting your community, and being there when people need you most.

In a rural community, reputation travels quickly. Customers remember who helped them when they were stuck, answered the phone when they desperately needed a part,  searched for a solution, and who genuinely cared about getting them back to work. Richard and Sharon have built H&H Agriculture around those values.

Behind the scenes are countless decisions, long days, challenges, risks and yet they continue to push forward, believing in their dream and the people around them.

Working alongside them are Robbie and Kasey.

Robbie is far more than a mechanic. His extensive mechanical knowledge, practical experience, and ability to diagnose and solve difficult problems make him a valuable team member.  When machinery stops, Robbie is on call to help keep the machinery and business moving.

Kasey, H&H Agriculture's Parts Manager and true all-rounder, brings a unique combination of administration, parts management, customer service, and digital creativity. Her ability to adapt, organise, problem-solve, and connect with people makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Together, the team has built genuine relationships with customers, turning handshakes into friendships and business into community.

Supported by suppliers including HIFI Filters, Bare-Co, Sparex, Vertex, and many others, H&H Agriculture continues to grow.

Richard and Sharon didn't just build a business. They built a place where people come together, support one another, and believe in something bigger.

H&H Agriculture Ltd is built from a dream, powered by people, and growing a future together.
