Our qualified Funeral Directors and Embalmers work closely with families to create meaningful farewells that reflect the life, personality and wishes of their loved one. We can assist with all aspects of funeral arrangements, including burial and cremation, venues and chapels, celebrants, catering, notices, flowers, photo tributes, livestreaming, service sheets, viewing preparation and memorial or ash interment ceremonies.

Our Tauranga facilities include comfortable chapels, family rooms, a refreshment lounge and mortuary facilities, including spaces where families can spend time with their loved one. Our Mount Maunganui and Katikati locations are also available by appointment for private family services and visits.

Planning ahead can provide reassurance and help reduce the emotional and financial burden on your family. Elliotts can assist with pre-arranged and prepaid funerals through the FDANZ Trust (Now for Them). Government policy allows up to $10,000 set aside for a funeral to be excluded from asset testing for long-term residential care subsidy eligibility. Individual circumstances vary, so we recommend seeking appropriate financial or legal advice.

Our support continues beyond the funeral, with bereavement care and ongoing guidance for families adjusting to life after loss.
