Birchwood Packhouse is a grower owned co-operative which provides orchard management services, packing, and coolstorage facilities to the kiwifruit industry.
Birchwood is located just minutes south of Katikati in the heart of prime orcharding country. In place of the impressive stands of birch trees that were once on the site there is now an equally impressive packhouse and coolstore providing superior, cost effective services.
We are proud to be a niche post- harvest operation that provides professional in depth knowledge and skills to our ever increasing family of growers.
The Birchwood team are happy to have growers visit at any time and are always available to discuss any aspects of orchard management, leasing, packing and coolstorage.
