Basecamp specialises in game meats and small domesticated lifestyle animals. Nick is a qualified butcher with 25 years experience.

Basecamp produces a wide range of products including smoked salamis, small goods, meat cuts, roasts, bacon sausages and patties for our customers. Basecamp also produces smoked venison salamis and biersticks for the retail market.
